Is activation permanent?
Yes, the installs will stay registered until you upgrade by installing a newer version of DevExpress, the patcher must run again.
Access Denied
The powershell terminal must run as administrator for the patcher to be able to function correctly.
Which Version of DevExpress is installed?
The latest LTS update. When DevExpress releases a new version the script will download the newest one publically available.
